When I first saw this book and began reading it, I was very impressed. There's lots of useful information even for a keen garlic grower over 30 years. The book is physically beautiful with a sewn binding so it oozes quality. Unfortunately, the book is marred by appalling editing. Through is spelt "though", than is spelt "that" etc. Worse, when trying to locate a seller of unusual garlic seed in my neck of the woods, Ms Woodward gives email an address that lacks the .com, .net, .org and a website that just displays a picture.Given the poor editing, some doubt must be cast on the veracity of the information contained in this book.
